We restore grout in showers and floors, using a specialized sanitation system (TANCS) "Thermal Accelerated Nano-Crystal Sanitation". We do not use any chemicals or acids which will damage the existing grout.

Moisture in showers tends to create some black stains which are called mold.

When the caulking or silicone gets black, is time to replace it!

We remove the existing silicone and apply brand new glossy silicone mold free. 

After we sanitize and clean the grout, there is another important process, which is to Seal the Grout.

As grout is a porous surface, our epoxy white or color sealer penetrates the grout and stops  any mold or dirt to get into the grout again, and also gives a clean and brand new look to your existing grout

If your grout is cracked or broken, and there are holes on it, we also repair and regrout, to prevent any leaking or water damage
